What’s on Your Table?

While for most of us, the Thanksgiving table centers on a turkey, appetizers, sides and desserts differ for everyone.  Here are a few ideas to round out your Thanksgiving feast…

Cranberry and Pecan Brie En Croute. Brie topped with cinnamon toasted pecans, cranberries, and brown sugar, all wrapped in a buttery puff pastry.

Stuffed Parmesan Mushrooms.  As an added bonus…these can be prepped several hours ahead of time, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated. Just pop them in the oven for 15 minutes before you’re ready to serve them!

Fruit and Toasted Almond Stuffing.  It’s not Thanksgiving without a stuffing, and this is one that can be enjoyed by everyone from carnivores to vegans!

Caramelized Onion and Cornbread Stuffing.  If you’re not into having fruit in your stuffing, this one’s a great option.

Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes.  Sweet potatoes?  Check.  Mashed potatoes?  Check.  And all in one dish.

Ultimate Mashed Potatoes.  Still need mashed potatoes?  This one’s called “ultimate” for a reason – horseradish, scallions, chives and cheddar really punch it up.

Brussels Sprouts Salad.  Put the kibosh on the Brussels sprouts naysayers with this one!

Pumpkin Angel Food Cake with Ginger-Cream Filling.  Traditional Thanksgiving flavors wrapped in a delicious new package.

Sweet Potato Bourbon Pie.  Another great twist on a classic Thanksgiving dessert!

Southern Pecan Pie Filling.  And one more classic for the traditionalists amongst us.
